I love the film, its great fun!! Never gonna watch remake!!

It's best for everyone not to watch the remake.

I actually read the novel (written to coincide with the movie release like a lot of movies are) before watching the movie. I never do that.

Is it any good?? I saw this on TV one day and it was just such a great little film, very under-rated!

Haven't read it in about 15 years but I remember liking it, too bad when I saw the movie I knew what was going to happen.

Marceyness said...

Ahhhh! Yeah! I had no idea about how it was going to end and it was a rare case where I didn't guess the ending.

Oh no doubt, it was one of the better genre movies Paramount put out in the 80s after Friday the 13th.

Indeed, its just alot of fun and good times. Hard to find though...

I haven't seen the DVD for sale in years, should've got it when I had the chance. :(

Marceyness said...

REVEAL YOURSELF YOU ANONYMOUS HEATHEN!

Anonymous said...

I will once I find out what a heathen is.

Anonymous said...

Ouch.

Anonymous said...

Am I being called a dick?

Anonymous said...

Oh right, there was a third person for a moment.

Marceyness said...

Yes for a moment, they seem to have gone, and its Marcey and Anonymous now

Anonymous said...

Wooo!

Anyway, they should just stop remaking classics, remake the crap and make it good.

Marceyness said...

I am sick of remakes :((

Why can't they leave them classics alone??

Anonymous said...

$$$$$$$

Marceyness said...

*le sigh* Indeed :( there just seems to be no originality anymore

Anonymous said...

Originality still exists in the independents. Our future lies with them and not Hollywood.

Marceyness said...

Tis true!

I tend to avoid remakes and stick to the good originals. Unless I hear the remake is worth watching, then I might give it a go.

Like My Bloody Valentine. I thought it sucked til I saw the remake. But then they came out with the uncut version of the original and now I like that one. Aw well.

I STILL HAVE MY EYE BALL ON YOU ANONYMOUS!

Anonymous said...

Marceyness said...

He has the other eye somewhere else and you dont wanna know

Marceyness said...

I havent seen the remake for that film yet and I hardly remember the original

Anonymous said...

Does he have Rodney Dangerfield eyes?

Marceyness said...

He looks like this - http://www.exile.ru/transient/278/WN2.jpg

Anonymous said...

Sooo, Rodney Dangerfield it is!

Tell him to keep those fingers away from me.

Marceyness said...

Eh its not his fingers I'd be afraid of!

Anonymous said...

Well he's got one eye on me, what else can there be?

Marceyness said...

He's a weird one, who knows what else he has up his sleeve

Anonymous said...

Penguins?

Marceyness said...

Knowing him, probably a Catwoman costume

Anonymous said...

Ah. Now if he had Catwoman, I'd be much more interested. Rowr.

Marceyness said...

Well if he had Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman, then yes

Anonymous said...

Soooo, he doesn't?

Marceyness said...

Yes did but he gave her to me, meow!

Anonymous said...
